Your Profile:
You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally related to library science.
You have experience in customer service.
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are among your strengths.
You are a team player with a strong customer and service orientation, and you have a good understanding of IT applications.
You are interested in the workflows of a library.
Experience with library management software or organizational processes in public libraries is an advantage.
Your Tasks:
You will train our customers on how to use our software, both at our location, online, and onsite throughout Germany.
You will ensure availability for our customers and process inquiries within the agreed service levels.
You will handle support requests, both via phone (hotline) and in writing, and document these inquiries.
You will actively contribute to the development of our software and bring your ideas and experience into the process.

At datronicsoft, we develop and maintain software solutions for libraries. With our library management system WinBIAP, we support libraries in their daily operations – from catalog management and circulation to digital services for library users.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Systems Integration Specialist (m/f/d) to install, configure, maintain, and support our library software for our customers – both as an on-premises solution and within our cloud-based SaaS environment.
Your Responsibilities
Installing and setting up our library software: You will install and configure our WinBIAP library management system and support customers during technical implementation and deployment.
Providing technical support to libraries: You will assist our library customers with technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliable operation of our software.
Managing our cloud environment: You will administer and maintain our server and SaaS infrastructure, which enables libraries to access and use our software.
Maintenance and updates: You will perform software updates, system adjustments, and maintenance tasks in both on-premises and cloud-based customer environments.
Databases and interfaces: You will work with database systems and support the integration of our software with other systems and digital library services.
Technical projects: You will assist with software implementations for new library customers, support data migrations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
Documentation: You will create and maintain technical guides and system documentation.
